what are your typical fees?

Property management:

Typical fees are between 8 — 12% of gross rent collected (DEPENDENT on the range of service desired)

condominium associations:

A ‘by the door fee’ between $30.00 – $50.00 per/mo. (dependent on the range of service desired)

Who are your typical clients?

Everyone. from renters to seasoned investors, home buyers, large portfolio owners, and condominium associations of all sizes.

Is there a contract for your services with a specified time-frAME?

We pride ourselves in the fact that we do not clock any clients into long-term commitments. Our level and quality of service are strong enough.
